Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and aiplay whenever you access the aiplay website, create an account, deposit funds, claim a promotion, place a sports wager, or participate in a casino game. By using aiplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms together with the aiplay Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling information.

If you do not accept any provision, you must not register with or use aiplay. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These conditions apply to Malaysian players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and elsewhere, subject always to the laws and restrictions applicable in the player's location.

Definitions

In these terms, “account” means the personal player profile registered on aiplay; “bonus” means promotional credit, free bets, free spins, cashback, or another reward; “deposit” means funds credited through an approved payment method; “game” includes slots, live casino, table games, e-sports, and sports betting markets; and “winnings” means funds resulting from a settled wager or eligible game outcome.

“Payment method” includes supported channels such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, bank transfer, BTC, or USDT. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, and processing times may differ by account, provider, verification status, and operational conditions.

Account Eligibility

You may register with aiplay only if you are at least 21 years old, possess legal capacity to enter a contract, and are not prohibited from gambling by law, self-exclusion, court order, employment duty, or another applicable restriction. aiplay may require satisfactory proof of age at any time.

• You may maintain only one personal aiplay account unless written approval is provided.
• Your registration details must be complete, current, accurate, and genuinely yours.
• You must use a payment method held in your own name.
• You may not register for another person or permit another person to use your account.
• You must not use aiplay while subject to a self-exclusion arrangement.

Duplicate, underage, fraudulent, or improperly controlled accounts may be restricted or closed. aiplay may void bonuses obtained through duplicate registration and may withhold disputed funds while a reasonable investigation is completed.

Registration and Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your aiplay username, password, one-time codes, and registered device access. Passwords should be unique and must not be disclosed to friends, family members, agents, tipsters, or third-party betting services. Activity completed through correctly authenticated credentials may be treated as authorised unless aiplay receives prompt notice of suspected compromise.

You must immediately notify aiplay support if you identify unusual account activity, an unknown deposit, an unauthorised wager, or a changed contact detail. aiplay may temporarily restrict transactions while the matter is reviewed. Such a restriction is a security measure and does not by itself imply wrongdoing.

Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must be made through a payment option displayed in the authenticated aiplay cashier. The minimum and maximum deposit limits shown there apply at the time of the transaction. aiplay may reject a transaction where payment ownership cannot be established, a provider reports a reversal, or the transfer appears inconsistent with normal personal entertainment use.

Deposits are not a banking service and do not earn interest. Payment processing may be affected by maintenance, bank cut-off times, e-wallet limits, FPX availability, DuitNow interruptions, blockchain confirmation times, or additional fraud screening. Although many Malaysian payment channels process quickly, aiplay does not guarantee that every transfer will be instant.

Currency conversion, bank charges, or blockchain network fees may apply outside aiplay's control. You are responsible for reviewing the amount before authorising a payment. Chargebacks, false payment disputes, and deliberate reversals may lead to account suspension and recovery of associated costs.

Withdrawals and Verification

A withdrawal request is subject to sufficient cleared balance, completed wagering requirements, payment verification, security review, and any transaction limits displayed by aiplay. Where practical, withdrawals may be returned to the same method used to deposit. aiplay may use an alternative verified method if the original channel cannot receive funds.

Before processing a withdrawal, aiplay may request a Malaysian MyKad, driving licence, passport, recent proof of address, selfie verification, bank statement, e-wallet ownership evidence, or reasonable source-of-funds information. Documents must be clear, valid, and submitted only through the secure aiplay verification channel. Review will usually be completed within a reasonable period, but complex cases may require additional time.

Estimated withdrawal speeds are not guarantees. E-wallet, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank, and cryptocurrency processing can be delayed by inaccurate details, enhanced checks, provider outages, weekends, public holidays, or circumstances outside aiplay's reasonable control. A cancelled withdrawal returns to the eligible account balance unless the funds are subject to review.

Sports Betting and Casino Rules

A wager becomes valid when accepted and recorded by aiplay. You must review the selection, stake, odds, market, and potential return before confirmation. This is particularly important for Mix Parlay tickets, live football markets, Asian handicaps, totals, EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, UFC events, and e-sports markets where prices may change rapidly.

Settlement is based on the official result and the specific market rules shown by aiplay. Obvious pricing errors, incorrect participant names, technically duplicated wagers, or markets offered after an outcome was already known may be voided or corrected to the proper price where reasonably necessary. Postponed, abandoned, or interrupted events will be handled under the applicable sport rules.

Casino outcomes are determined by the relevant game system or live game result. Published Return to Player figures are long-term statistical measures and do not guarantee a result in any session. Past outcomes, winning streaks, and previous sports results do not predict future performance on aiplay.

Bonuses and Promotions

aiplay bonuses are optional and may be governed by additional promotion-specific terms. These may include a minimum deposit such as RM50, a wagering requirement, game contribution percentages, a maximum bet while the bonus is active, an expiry period, excluded games, eligible payment methods, and a maximum cash-out amount.

For example, a 10x wagering condition on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 1,000 in qualifying bets before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Slots may contribute differently from live casino, blackjack, roulette, sports betting, or e-sports. The terms displayed when the aiplay promotion is claimed govern that particular offer.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device, payment method, or shared connection. Coordinated claims, opposite betting, low-risk wagering intended solely to clear rollover, delayed game-round exploitation, or other bonus abuse may result in removal of promotional credit and associated winnings after review.

Prohibited Conduct

You must use aiplay honestly and solely for lawful personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Providing false identity, age, address, or payment information.
• Using stolen funds, another person's account, or an unauthorised payment method.
• Collusion, match manipulation, chip dumping, automated play, or outcome exploitation.
• Attempting to interfere with aiplay software, networks, odds feeds, or security controls.
• Using multiple accounts to obtain repeated promotions or avoid transaction limits.
• Threatening staff, submitting fabricated documents, or making knowingly false disputes.
• Using aiplay for money laundering, financing unlawful activity, or transferring value between parties.

Where suspicious conduct is identified, aiplay may restrict the account, preserve relevant records, request further evidence, void affected transactions where contractually justified, and take other reasonable protective action.

Responsible Gambling

aiplay is intended for entertainment by adults aged 21 and above. You should set a realistic budget, avoid borrowing to gamble, never chase losses, and stop when play causes stress, conflict, or financial difficulty. Betting should never be treated as employment, investment, or guaranteed income.

aiplay may provide deposit limits, loss controls, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request will be applied for the selected duration, subject to identity confirmation and operational requirements. You must not attempt to bypass a restriction by creating another aiplay account.

Privacy and Communications

Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure through aiplay support, subject to settlement of pending wagers and completion of necessary security checks. Closing an account does not cancel valid obligations, unresolved payment disputes, self-exclusion records, or requirements to retain information for fraud prevention and compliance.

aiplay may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, failed eligibility, security risk, prolonged inactivity, payment reversal, abusive conduct, suspected fraud, or operational necessity. Where appropriate, undisputed real-money balances will be returned after verification, subject to lawful deductions and unresolved claims.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

aiplay aims to provide stable access but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, telecommunications faults, mobile network interruptions, device incompatibility, cyber incidents, provider failures, and events beyond reasonable control may affect availability. You should not assume a wager was accepted until it appears in your aiplay account history.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aiplay is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from unavailable access, personal device failure, inaccurate information supplied by you, or third-party payment delays. Nothing in these terms excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to These Terms

aiplay may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect product changes, new payment methods, updated game rules, security improvements, responsible gambling measures, or legal and operational requirements. Material updates will be displayed on this page or communicated through an appropriate account notice.

The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version. Terms applicable to a settled transaction remain those that governed the relevant activity unless a retrospective change is required by law or is more favourable to the player.
